Analisis CB-SEM Menggunakan LISREL

Jika hasil pengolahan data awal LISREL menunjukkan nilai indeks GoF yang buruk (Poor Fit), peneliti dilarang keras memanipulasi data empiris secara ilegal. Solusi ilmiah yang diizinkan adalah melakukan modifikasi model berdasarkan panduan teoretis melalui evaluasi nilai Modification Indices (MI). Prosedur ini dilakukan dengan menghubungkan jalur kovarian kesalahan (error covariance) antar-indikator yang memiliki nilai MI tertinggi (di atas 7,88), dengan catatan kedua indikator tersebut berada di bawah dimensi variabel laten yang sama.
